Lamont Pridmore welcomes new member of the team to Carlisle office
Cumbrian-based family firm of chartered accountants, tax experts and business advisors, Lamont Pridmore, has expanded its pool of highly skilled financial advisers with the recruitment of a new team member, Tracy Gibson ACA, AAT.
Tracy Gibson, who is a qualified chartered accountant, recently joined the firm’s Carlisle office and is looking forward to facing the challenges ahead that will accompany the planned expansion of the office this year.
Tracy is returning to work having taken a year off to start a family and has decided to move to her new role at Lamont Pridmore because of their family friendly policies and flexible working arrangements.
Tracy said: “It was really important for me to work in a family firm who understand the pressures working parents face and are flexible when the need arises.”

Managing director of Lamont Pridmore’s Carlisle office, Chris Lamont, welcomes the new addition to the already strong team. He said: “I am delighted that Tracy is working with us, and I have already seen what a positive impact her level of skill and experience has brought to the firm.

Lamont Pridmore was the first firm of chartered accountants in Cumbria to achieve “Investor in People” status and is a National Training Award winner, one of only 50 award winners each year in the UK. The firm has its own in-house Human Resource Director, who supports and coaches each member of staff every 6 – 8 weeks ensuring that their training and development plan helps them to achieve their full potential.
