Online communication to soar

Clients can expect more regular and relevant contact from their independent financial adviser as the use of electronic communication grows over the next 12 months.
 
According to a Nucleus poll of 171 advisers, over half believe the greatest shift in the next year will be towards increased online contact. As the importance of electronic relationships increases, over a quarter of those questioned believe their website will become a more efficient and effective way of communicating with clients. 

However, despite the expected surge in electronic communication, face-to-face contact continues to be crucial, with over forty percent deeming it the most significant way of building relationships.
