The Accountants' Benchmarking Club
We have formed the Accountants' Benchmarking Club, which is an association of like-minded added-value business professionals who want to continually improve the financial performance of their clients. The Accountants' Benchmarking Club enables member firms to receive business performance indicators and key success factors for the whole range of their business clients.
The performance indicators are based upon information received from club members and national published information from a wide range of sources. The information is being constantly updated and is therefore a developing tool for the added value business advisor. We constantly use this information on our own clients together with our Winning Company Programme products - standard meeting agendas, the price profit model, WISEcoach services, consulting tools software, the E myth process and the 7 habits of highly effective people.
Using this tool together with the Winning Company Programme has resulted in performance improvements ranging from 10-15% in improved productivity and increases in net profit of 35-40%. The greatest impact however is in the improved morale of the whole team including partners or directors, with greater job satisfaction and soaring client satisfaction ratings.
