Graham Lamont - Head of Entrepreneurship
Graham is Chief Executive of Lamont Pridmore. He is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Management Consultants. He has over 25 years experience in the accountancy profession and specialises in providing profit improvement advice, tax saving and corporate finance services to a wide range of clients throughout the North of England.
Graham’s business interests also extend to being the founding President of Cumbria Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Cumbria Learning & Skills Council and the business representative on the Executive of the Cumbria Strategic Partnership. Graham is also Chairman of Theatre by the Lake a 400 seat theatre in Keswick with 60 staff.
Graham is a past chairman of the Cumberland Society of Chartered Accountants, was a member of the Technical Advisory Committee of the Northern Society of Chartered Accountants and has completed a term as member of the Financial Services Authorisation Committee at the Institute.
He is a regular speaker and author, both for the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and other professional bodies and training organisations. He has developed the Winning Company Programme, which helps accountancy practices and businesses to become more successful and was also a member of the 2005 Challenge Group panel of experts.
He is also the founding Editor of the Institute's Adding Value Newsletter for general practitioners interested in developing their added-value services.

Wilf Pridmore - Head of Specialist Services
Wilf is Senior Partner of Lamont Pridmore and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has over 30 years of experience in the profession, qualifying with Ward and Pridmore in Keswick. He is in charge of the Keswick office and has gained a wide range of experience of both large and small businesses.
Wilf has developed his general practice skills and is interested in helping businesses with their financial problems and he is responsible for all our specialist audits and he is the partner responsible for audit regulations.
He was born in Keswick and educated at Keswick School making Wilf a real local man!
