Russ worked as an inspector of taxes for HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) before joining the accountancy profession in 1987 as a corporate tax manager. He is now head of tax at Lamont Pridmore, and has developed national tax training and consultancy services. In particular, Russ deals with HMRC enquiries, planning business and other asset disposals, family capital tax planning and business restructuring, as well as advising on the tax implications of corporate transactions. He can also advise on many other technical tax issues, and frequently represents individuals, firms and companies before the Tax Tribunal |

Brian specialises in agricultural based clients, farming partnerships and companies as well as related industries such as agricultural contractors, plant hire and haulage. He comes from a farming background and has over 30 years of experience in providing very practical and helpful advice to clients, drawing on his wide range of experience in the agricultural sector. Brian is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Farming and Rural Business Special Interest Group. |
