Susannah Nixon, Corporate Services Director at leading Cumbrian accountancy firm, Lamont Pridmore, has been presented with a certificate by Chief Executive Graham Lamont to mark her 30-year service milestone.
After joining the firm from another acclaimed North West audit practice, Susannah has risen through the ranks at Lamont Pridmore to become the Director of Corporate Services.
Graham said: “Susannah has been instrumental in the growth and development of Lamont Pridmore over the last 30 years.
“In the modern world of work, it is unusual to spend three decades with the same employer, so this is a landmark worth celebrating. We’re delighted that we have benefited from Susannah’s experience, wisdom and skills.
“She continues to provide excellent services to our client base and support to the colleagues around her – we truly value everything she has done.”
As a qualified and highly experienced Chartered Accountant, Susannah has a broad range of expertise, including incorporations, accounting systems, company secretarial matters, corporation tax planning and financial accounts compliance.
Over her varied career, Susannah has led audits of limited companies, charities, pension schemes and public sector bodies.
Her work in the central audit team has made her well known to clients across the region, spending much of her time in offices from Southern Scotland to South Lakeland.
The team in the firm’s Workington office toasted Susannah’s achievement with a glass of Champagne.
Speaking about her employer, Susannah said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed the last 30 years at Lamont Pridmore and was honoured to receive this recognition from Graham.”
Susannah thoroughly enjoys her role and how no two days are the same, praising her colleagues for making work feel friendly, supportive and fun.
She said: “Everyone in the team has always been so helpful and I feel proud of the quality of service that we all provide to our clients.”

Aside from crunching numbers, Susannah likes to tour the Lake District and Scotland with her caravan, cycling coastal routes and hiking the picturesque fells.
When not on the road, she lives in Maryport, where she often takes trips to the cinema and enjoys meals out at local restaurants.
