Administrator

We are looking for a full time Administrator with excellent customer service skills and experience of supporting all activities that facilitate the smooth day to day running of a busy office.

The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, have fast and accurate typing skills, be organised, possess good attention to detail, have a high level of written and verbal communication, a professional approach and be able to interact in a fast paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors both over the phone and face to face, typing, diary management, management of petty cash, ordering stationary and general office/administration duties.

You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and happy team providing outstanding client service to businesses throughout Cumbria.  We are a National Award Winning firm and one of the Top 10 Best Employers in the accountancy profession in the UK, committed to the training and development of all our staff to ensure that they achieve their full potential.

Applicants should have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English, strong IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and knowledge of Sage Practice Solutions and Sage Line 50 is also desirable.
