Business Coaching Service

Running any business is a very lonely activity, incorporating the demanding roles of leader, decision maker, manager and friend.

Our Business Coaching Service helps enhance your business performance and provides balance in your life. This improves your personal effectiveness, personal and business goal setting, and performance feedback and review techniques. Through our service, you can implement Quadrant II Thinking, so that you can invest time in important, but not urgent tasks, such as planning, preparation, relationship-building, reading and improving your knowledge.

When coaching clients, we use a wide variety of checklists, questionnaires and software packages which cover business and personal issues. From these, we will agree your life-changing reading list and personal development plan, using spiral learning to deepen your knowledge of topics each time you revisit them.

Another of our proven approaches is the GROW model – Goal, Current Reality, Options, Will. This helps you establish where you want to be and where you currently are. You then explore the various ways of getting from reality to goal and commit to that journey, prepared for the conditions and obstacles on the way.

Through coaching, we will help develop your:

  • Strategic direction
  • Organisational structure
  • Strategies for:
    • Performance-related pay
    • People
    • E-commerce
    • Profit

  • Models for:
    • Growth
    • Cost
    • Cash

  • Plans for:
    • Personal Finance
    • Tax
    • Continuous Improvement

The programme is very flexible and can take as little as 30 minutes per week or as much as one day per month to help you achieve your goals.

It has a proven success record with productivity improvements of 10-15 percent and net profit increases of 30- 40 percent.
