‘Revenue Sharing Partner’/Managing Director

Lamont Pridmore is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Managing Director of our thriving Carlisle office in Cumbria.

This unique opportunity will enable you to run your own business unit, manage a team of fellow professionals and become a member of the Lamont Pridmore Group Board.

Candidate Attributes

The successful candidate will be commercial, dynamic and have a wide range of experience in professional practice.  You will be used to operating in a client focussed environment providing commercial advice to owner-managed businesses.  You will be an excellent communicator, possess a positive “can do” attitude, and be well organised, efficient and committed to delivering outstanding client service.  While able to work on your own initiative, you will thrive as part of an enthusiastic, committed and friendly team and enjoy coaching and inspiring others to achieve their full potential.

The Lamont Pridmore Group Board

As a Group Board member you will help to create policies for the management and development of the Lamont Pridmore Group of companies, and develop initiatives to continue to improve our client services, develop our range of products and services and improve communications, customer care and client satisfaction levels.
